Broad experience through fieldwork, artifact analysis, research design and report writing, budgeting. Benefits package. Quick accumulation of annual leave and sick leave. Training. Travel.

Cons

Sometimes poor communication of travel scheduling. Employee performance reviews not taken seriously. Competence leads to more work but not compensation. Temp and Term positions are the norm, not Permanent. Underpaid relative to other parks and private sector positions.
