Pros

If you like being outdoors and love nature this is the place to be. There are many exciting places to work with the National Park Service.

Cons

There are some people whose heads are so big because of their title that they can't see that they don't see the discontent with their team and team leaders. There are also a lot of micro managers that instead of allowing their team to do their jobs they get in the middle of a situation they really know nothing about and make it worse.

Hard, rigorous labor. Working/hiking in the heat.
