      Pros

      Great bunch of people who are very welcoming and whip smart with dedicated work ethic. Management is very supportive and empowering. I also feel like Management is always trying to improve culture and seems invested in not only the company as a whole being successful but the individuals as well.

      Cons

      There is no covered parking and the walk from the parking lot can be a bit of an obstacle course. Not many food or coffee options within walking distance. The building is very cool and modern, but it could be "warmed" up a bit. Some plants might help...
