Good company, bad management!

Pros

Nice people, nice events, good location, good benefits and perks.

Cons

Poor (middle) management. Depending on the department, those involved in the day to day operations (supervisors, managers, directors) are horrible. From my experience, they tend to be closed minded, don't like change and think their way is ALWAYS best. What's the point of having a meeting to share ideas and concepts if the end result will be what "you" want to do anyway? Why have team members work on projects/documents then turn right around and make it they way "you" want it to be?
