Pros

Talented and intelligent colleagues that did seem to care about improving their work.

Cons

Hollow opportunities and promises that lead to nothing. Poor management, from the top, down. Very little respect for work/life balance as the internal attitude is that "the project" and its responsibilities are why you are able to afford anything in your life at all. HR was absolutely embarrassing and I never got the sense that they were there to help employees as much as they were there to protect the company.

Pros

Excellent medical plan that is dirt cheap; 11 paid holidays; generous PTO; 401k; free drinks and snacks; great management team

Cons

Many meetings that could be emails; however, that is most jobs. Hardly a deal breaker.
