Pros

Work is easy and full time hours

Cons

Work is highly repetitive. Management is aggressive and rude, or passive-aggressively avoid you for a week. It also seems extremely difficult for them to keep their employees or managers for more than 6 months. Supervisors/management are highly incompetent while they micro-manage you. Promise advancement potential however they favor promoting those who socialize instead of work.
