Pros

Beautiful office space and a great location. Co-workers are wonderful to work with and they create a atmosphere of collaboration.

Cons

The industry and the membership is evolving and change management is current with the needs of the business. Some of my coworkers and former employees have a tough time adapting to the change and are disgruntled.

Pros

Am encouraged by the recent changes in senior management (CAO leaving) and believe the organization is making the changes necessary to improve. Negative comments on this site are easily traceable to disgruntedled employees - we all know who they (you) are.....

Cons

Pay more attention to employee feedback - we want you to be successful.

Pros

Benefits are amazing and the snacks are fattening

Cons

Upper management doesn't listen, too much of the "this is how it's always been done" nonsense.
