Customer focused, relax atmosphere, professional staff, low turnover, Corporate provided the resources and training needed to support the clients needs.

Recycling plant near by contributed to poor air quality outside of facility until it ceased operations.

Great, hard working folks that are extremely underpaid.

Cons

If you enjoy a work-life balance, then this company is not for you. You will work 6 and sometimes 7 days a week and forgot about peak time. Peak time, you definitely will work 7 days per week from November until the Christmas holidays so kiss your family goodbye for those 6 to 8 weeks. If you enjoy working on Thanksgiving weekend, then this is the company for you. And get this, you have to be with the company 1 full year before you receive any vacation time, and then it's only 5 days. Everyone is overworked, underpaid and stressed. For the amount of hours that you work, your salary will not be worth it. This is a position that you take only if you don't have any other options, and then I still don't recommend it. I only gave the company 1 star below because there wasn't an option for zero or below zero.
