Pros
Not many. Just the warehouse workers during breaks. They try to keep up the good spirits despite the negativity that over shadows that place.
Cons
Unprofessional Mgmt - Lacks good morale Inadequate knowledge of industry Oppresses and abuses employee's legal rights to get the job done, No job security since most ppl are temps (for up to 10 years) If you are hired through NRT the pay will be very low. No flexibility for personal life since they change your shift schedule from day to night with no warning constantly or 8hrs to 12 to 4hr.
