Pros

Great team to work with. I had room for creativity to make ways to improve production. Regional managers were awesome and valued my opinion during meetings.

Cons

This is a great company to work for, and the only issues are that i have to recall would remain internal. Besides the fact your pressured to work 7 days a weeks for 10 hrs a day..
