Pros

NSA truly functions like a family. The agency takes care of their employees and takes their mission seriously. They silently serve and make a difference that most of the nation will never know, understand, or appreciate.

Cons

PARKING is terrible! Bureaucracy can be a pain, but that's government not agency specific. There can be a tendency to resist change which does get frustrating.
