Pros

The people are generally very kind and unlike what you would think they would be.

Cons

You have almost zero rights as an employee. They can let you go at any point, and on the spot. Have a plan b at all times.

Pros

NSA finance department is great place to work for recent college grads or retired contractors. Job security, steady work, decent salary.

Cons

Hard for experienced professionals to move up in the agency. The promotion process is difficult that’s why the agency has become a revolving door. Not a good place to work if you don’t enjoy tidiest work.
