Pros

Having multiple days off a week. Plenty of time to do college on the floor. Best first duty station. Lots of opportunities. You will be working a panama schedule with two weeks of 9-5 in the middle for any and all medical appointments.

Cons

The sleep schedule constantly switching can be tough on the body and mental health. (Take care of yourself!)

Pros

• Access to a TS/SCI Security Clearance; • Opportunity to Travel; • Autonomy; • Flexibility and Good Work-Life Balance; and • Opportunity to Work Interesting Cases.

Cons

• Poor Division Leadership; • Nepotism (if you don't have the right last name or are not friends with the people in the right positions, you will struggle with advancement); • Promotion Process is Broken; • Government Salaries Are Not Competitive with Contractor Salaries; and • Greater Priority Given to Hiring than Retention (more focused on quantity, than quality)
