Pros

Mission can be worthwhile depending on the specific office. Different view of politics and national security issues.

Cons

Harassment, unresponsive HR, military vs civilian conflict. Isolation from friends, family, courses of redress and modern technologies.

Pros

National security mission is amazing!! Many jobs where you see your contributions immediately.

Cons

People spend more time trying to get promoted and they tell the employees they are cutting edge but in several cases, almost a decade behind the real world (but so isolated, they don’t realize it). The moral is very low. Seems like 5x more people are leaving then they bring in.
