Pros

Very Flexible with hours and vacation time. Use when you want basically. I enjoy the social gatherings and frequent potlucks.

Cons

No cell phone usage permitted during work hours. Cafeteria prices are very high in most locations due to Sodexo. No true complaints about management. Somewhat top heavy depending on your department.

Pros

Fast-paced and interesting work, lots of opportunities to learn new, valuable skills, and no dearth of interesting people to work with.

Cons

Middle management and workplace politics, coupled with civilian-military cultural disconnect, can sometimes hinder mission effectiveness.
