Pros

Good learning experience, some of the people are fantastic, nice PTO, some of the benefits are good.

Cons

Not a lot of room for advancement/growth. Pay is horrible. You won't ever get performance based raises. Micro management. Bad management in the placement department. Clique. Morale was low. Turnover was high.

Pros

Tuition assistance programs, plethora of health insurance options, tenure, can't take work home, development opportunities and programs, some commuter benefits, generally 40 work weeks, federal holidays off.

Cons

Mediocre pay with a high cost of living at HQ (especially for junior employees) , slow promotion process that yields a small pay increase, only advancements are promotions (no raises), step increases yield little increase in net pay, HQ centric placement/rotations.
