Entry-level career experience, great benefits. Most staff are friendly, caring, and supportive. Wonderful team environment & concern about building cohesive company culture.

Cons

Politics (upper management), no room for growth, increasingly sales focused, do not pay admissions advisors what they are worth. Advisors wear many hats: recruiting & outreach, admissions, academic advising, and retention. Can be an overwhelming and exhausting balancing act. Overworked and underpaid? Revolving door of admissions staff.
