Pros

The professors are professional, bright, enthusiastic, and extremely helpful to their students. This environment would be outstanding to work in as an employee. As a new doctor of education, I would definitely seek employment opportunities here now.

Cons

Students who cannot handle on-line environments often publicize negative comments - which are not true of this particular university. The university doesn't do enough to market the quality of their institution, which is regionally accredited!

You should really care about the students and applicants vs. whether it's a sales job. It's a non-profit and accredited.

Cons

It's hard to sell a school to applicants when it's so expensive. Strict quotas for selling degrees. Not any support from the top-down.

Discounted tuition. Most employees are friendly and easy to get along with because they are all in the same boat.

Cons

Low Salary. Lack of mobility. Management does not know what staff really does. People may get promoted because of who they know regardless if he/she is actually qualified.
