Great benefits. Free tuition, excellent medical, vision and dental. PTO and sick time Wonderful coworkers

Cons

Ever-changing procedures, last minute trainings, no up front communication. Revolving door of staff Low pay, impossible metrics. We're glorified call center sales agents, but don't get any commission.
