Having the ability to work remote with constant support is nice.

Cons

The support is at times one-sided and contradictory, and you are very much a glorified call center.

Pros

Remote work in an entertaining social and team environment. Good benefits. High employee turnover lots of room for growth and quick promotion.

Cons

Chaotic and poor strategy. Students reporting receiving incorrect financial aid information, financial aid being processed with errors. SLAs were not being met and you will get calls from students who have not received replies back from other staff for months or responses back from leadership after submitting an escalation.

Pros

We have medical benefits for part-timers! We have free mental health and other benefits! Certain training is free. This is the best university for teaching part-time. They take care of the adjuncts, so the students are cared for. I love it!
