      Pros

      Everyday you help people who might otherwise not have access to eye care. You truly feel you are making a difference in your patients lives. Excellent salary, benefits package and Paid time off.

      Cons

      No company is perfect. Compared to other places I’ve worked, there is nothing significant to complain about

      Pros

      I've been working here many, many years and for the most part I enjoy what I do.

      Cons

      They do not pay the assistant eyeglass managers enough so it is very hard to find good quality employees. I'm pretty much forced to just hire a "warm body", which is what they train is not to do, but I have no choice. Turnover is very high so GM's have to spend so much time hiring and training new people so it is hard to focus on the business.
