      Pros

      People first and create a culture of empowerment. It is energizing to work with such a great team with similar, caring, focuses. They are focused on giving back and making lives better. Fast growing with endless advancement opportunities if you are committed to working hard and do what's right.

      Cons

      Large company that is spread out so you have to be committed to communicating with purpose.

      Pros

      Decent pay and lots of potential. Growing company with a lot of locations across the US. Especially here in Texas where we have a ton of stores.

      Cons

      Constant turnover from the top down. The company is public and changed what made it special. It’s clearly run to drive profit vs retention. Our boss (Texas) was just promoted to take over a bigger area (like half the country). She’s a micromanager and I fear for the company knowing she’s taking an even bigger role. I’m glad I left in time.
