      Pros

      Great group of people to work with from other departments. CEO one of the most caring individuals I have ever worked with. Very involved with local and National organizations to help people.

      Cons

      IT too many bosses, not enough workers. Contract companies dictate direction things go. Directors tended to have their clicks, if you weren't part of the click you very seldom got recognized. When they lost several upper management, and went public a few years ago, the whole culture of the company changed, not as friendly or as much fun to work with.

      Absolutely nothing! I felt like I worked at Big lots every time I walked in the building.

      The VP I reported to was supposed to be this amazing technical Gorou. We had two data centers, but you could not fail traffic between the two. He chose an SDWAN technology that was not scalable for the environment. When the company started having CUP issues he said, "we have had more outages since you have been here". I had absolutely nothing to do with any technology deployed in the network. I inherited it all. He spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on ACI along with a VAR to assist with the install. 4 years later he renewed the licenses, ACI not even in use. He hired me without telling me about a mentally unstable disgruntled employee he wanted me to get rid of. I realized very quickly he was a highly manipulating VP that should have never had the opportunity to lead at that level. He was an architect at best. The entire executive leadership team is incompetent. The results are now showing in the market, 42 to 10 ish a share. Run from this company, as fast as you can.

      HR is in Atlanta, Has no idea of what is going on and fires the wrong people.
