      corporate training. If field supervisors had the same passion that corporate has this would be a great place to work.

      total micro management. no freedom. no appreciation. never a Saturday off.

      Pros

      More than normal paid time off. Including holidays vacation and sick time.

      Cons

      Upper managers care only for their numbers and not about the people who work for them. At one time this was a good company to work for but no more. They have become a place to avoid as they have become impersonal and not to be questioned. The regional and district managers have been replaced and bought in to the Culture of Blame that was so popular at Lenscrafters.
