      Room to grow but work/life balance is low

      opportunities for growth, PTO (increases each year), Sundays off,

      low work-life balance, pay is not worth time and effort, if you are not licensed then you'll be stuck, growth stops once you try to move outside store level, corporate has zero understanding for store operations on a regular basis

      Very little I can think of. Sundays off!

      Cons

      Store management has no support from district and told to figure it out. Zero training for sales associates. Little pay and GM had no payroll to give hours. GM had zero respect and help. Sales associates underpaid and no hours given.

      Pros

      Store Manager works well with their employees. Pay is ok.

      Cons

      Some coworkers will stab you in the back to make them look better. Belittle you in front of customers. Workers at this place or some of them take advantage of going shopping on the clock when they are to be work for the company. This is inside Walmart stores.
