Hiring new at decent wages but not competitive for those employees that have been with the company for years. Forcing employees to leave to find higher wages, no incentive for reliability and years of service. This is too bad because retention is a huge topic right now, but the elephant in the room is always wages. In this area many have been forced to leave after years of service, for higher paying optical jobs.
