Pros

Great benefits and work environment. Minimum wage is 15$/hr which is not bad at all for a starting career. You also get a good amount of paid vacation time. Overtime opportunities.

Cons

The financial services representative position is as micromanaged as it gets. they will not hire enough people for the call center which cases just about every working day to bring in back-to-back calls. Upon hiring they insist this call center is not a "sweat shop", however, that is exactly what it has become.
