Pros

Leadership Training Courses; Customer Service Week; some co-workers; great opportunity for advancement

Cons

Sexual harassment ignored by leadership from male coworkers in a sales environment; revolving door; unbalanced workload compared to pay/commission... and many of us know the awesome guy who is the collector of name tags from employees past.
