Pros

Staff is nice; onsite gym; 38.75 hour work week; numerous ways to give back to the community; and flexible work hours.

Cons

Leadership is not transparent; outside talent is favored over internal talent; career growth is limited; and benefits are expensive.

Pros

The company has a strong focus on customer service . Good use of technology. Company car. Fortune 100 Company. Security if you are willing to relocate. Average salary. Good benefits.

Cons

Unreasonable workload for Field claims. It just isn't possible to complete to work required within a 40 hour work week. If you are single that's ok but if you have a family you won't have much work life balance.

Pros

Potential for Overtime during busy season

Cons

Little pay for huge responsibility Older systems constantly have issues Newer systems weren't tested by people who would use them and have many flaws. Weekly changes are hard to keep up with Errors that have been made by someone else could possibly be blamed on you Work from home was dissolved Don't expect to make plans after work because you'll probably work past you "end" time.
