Pros

Many opportunities to learn, try new things. Good focus on education and training. Use of current technology and operating models (Agile, Lean, Dev-Ops, etc.)

Cons

Very image-centric. The image you project is at least as important as your performance. Cultivating and managing image can be draining.

Pros

Time off, better then average culture, great people, work life balance. Brilliant dedication to the community and charitable organizations inside Ohio and out.

Cons

Pay doesn't even reach industry average, opportunities are based on who you know vs successful performance. Benefits insurance wise are horrible. You can advance by who you know while totally ignoring your role responsibilities. Pay to park in company owned garages. Leaders often are masters of deflecting responsibility to people below them and rarely do you find a leader that supports their people.

Cons

Working for this company was okay for my first week of employment. After that i was placed on mandatory overtime for the entire time I worked for this company. Some have worked here for 7 plus years and have stated they have been on mandatory overtime (10plus hours) since they started as well. Nationwide decided to close down all non standard locations and told us one week before Christmas we will be without a job. Merry Christmas to us! Management is beyond shady and find any reason to put you on an action plan to fire you if you challenge them in any kind of way (like questionable their management skills) Management has no idea how to do the work, but is so numbers driven quality doesn't matter and its ridiculous. The employees aren't very friendly but I understand since we are not allowed to talk to each other during our work day, we are confined to our desks.
