      Great company going through transition

      Pros

      Company with a national presence, multitude of areas and disciplines to work in, great relocation assistance, offers a pension plan, mutual company.

      Cons

      Like most Fortune 100 companies it's filled with much office/corporate politics, going through tremendous internal change from personnel changes to a complete system overhaul. Lack of accountability within certain departments. Can be challenging to get promoted if you're not connected to the right people. Lack of diversity and focus on emerging markets. It's a Midwest company.

      Pros

      -Pension -Internal job postings are frequent -Generally, people really care about their work -Odds are you'll be on a high-performing team -Flexibility, including work from home (can depend on your manager's attitude about this, though) -Missing the inclusion part of "diversity and inclusion"

      Cons

      -Engagement results not believable -Healthcare coverage not that great -Moving in and out of jobs is EXTREMELY political -Too many bad leaders are allowed to stay in their roles -Some areas the culture can be too much like "be like us" because there's a high focus on fitting in and being liked -Pay raises barely keep with inflation/cost of living
