Pros

Get to promote Nationwide products and help assist clients in making the right decisions for the insurance coverages. Strong company if you work for corporate not an independent agency

Cons

Independent agency treat their agents with disrespect. I have a handicap issue and was harassed by the owner. I had no HR to turn to since the owner was the one discriminating against me.

Pros

None with change over to Nationwide

Cons

They demand so much data be input that you loose sight of the ultimate goal; to settle the claim. Original thinking, creative moves ae not noticed or appreciated, you are judged on the amount and quality of data you input.
