Great salary and benefits. Wonderful atmosphere and culture throughout the majority of the company. Most recognition and promotions are based on talent. Hard work and initiative is rewarded. Innovation, quality and continuous improvement are valued. Employee growth and development is encouraged and supported. Diversity and inclusion is outstanding. It would take a lot for me to leave.
Cons
Unfortunately, the company is so huge that there are pockets within the organization where the culture is bad, management is poor and employees are treated badly. Howvever, this is not the norm overall. If you are in one of those areas, try to move to a different part of the company. Don't let your current situation make you believe that the whole company is like that. I felt like that for many years until I changed positions and found out that the vast majority of the company is really a great place to work. Don't let a few "bad apples" spoil the whole bunch.
