Pros

Great people with tons of experience. Some devoted employees who love what they do.

Cons

Ivory tower syndrome... Home office is disconnected from the employees who are the legs and arms of the company. Don't believe everything you read about them either. They are very good at encouraging happy employees to post and boost their ratings. They also have a history of finding "things" to fire you for so they won't be on the hook for unemployment and they can remove older workers with no strings. They have very high UI denial rates.

Pros

It's great working here if you like flexibility and the freedom to be your own boss.

Cons

It's hard to keep customers when the company is constantly increasing rates at every renewal period. Lately we have not been competitive. Several companies are beating us on price.
