The frontline employees that you interact with day to day. As a frontline employee, I enjoyed my interaction with the staff, most of whom I still keep in touch with. My interaction with mid to senior level management, however, was limited and tense. When there was interaction it was very disrespectful and contentious. Many employees were consistently dissatisfied and talked of leaving on a regular basis. It if were not for the people, I would have left the company long before I did. If you are considering working for Nationwide, I would definitely talk with some people who work at that location.

It is rewarding to see the impact you can make in someone else's life through the programs and services NBH offers. It is a growing industry and NBH is one of the few areas of Nationwide actually growing. There are good people and many people take to heart the mission of NBH and live very healthy lives so if you want to surround yourself with people trying to eat healthier, exercise, reduce their stress, etc. then NBH is a great place for you.
