Nice Facility/Location Benefits/overall package Decent Culture Good Perks Learning Resources

Cons

HR - they need to clean house or outsource HR - leadership is a nightmare HR - my issues were COMPLETELY mishandled In otherwords, I left SIC because of HR!

Pros

I had great co-workers that made the job very enjoyable. Everyone was willing to pitch-in to help out in any situation.

Cons

Promotions opportunities are very limited since the organization is very top-level heavy. Too much process for simple tasks in order to get simple tasks completed quickly and easily.
