Pros

Great training with supportive training staff to help impart and develop the technical aspects of the job.

Cons

Good old boys club, lot's of favoritism and promotion of cronies without any real merits. Also, it's a place where you can get promoted without a raise. Yes, your manager tells you that you are a great employee, moves you from an old position to a challenging one and tells you it is good for your development but gives you no raise. Meanwhile this same position was previously occupied by a higher paid personnel who got promoted.
