Nationwide reviews

All decisions seem to be made from the top down and nothing that the persons who actually perform the tasks is taken into account. I worked for two years asking for management objectives and never got them. Then I was told that I did not meet expectations so I got an "average" performance review. When I protested this for the second year in a row I was let go and six months later I can still not get a straight answer from HR or the office of associate relations as the actual reason I was terminated. Not the "On Your Side" service they profess to deliver.
