Pros

Don't have to work too hard. Decent work environment. Good work/life balance - Thank you "Your Time"! Pay is decent

Cons

Lack of accountability makes it difficult to get anything done right. Hyper-political environment caused by too many people who have to justify their jobs. Bloated, incompetent, leadership structure, with no ramifications for failure

Pros

Pretty good benefits package includes generous time off. My particular position came with a company car, with no limits to personal use.

Cons

Unless you are in sales, you are an expense to a company that generally operates on declining margins year to year. With regards to perks, benefits, and ammenities, this has declined each year.
