Pros

Company is laid back with a mid west attitude. Company is actively working on making the working enrivonment better for associates (they want their engagement score to increase).

Cons

Nothing happens too fast. People are territorial. If you are not at the corporate office there are not many development activities.

Good benefits, retirement plan, 401K. Great people to work with. People want to do a good job and service customers.

Cons

Work life balance is poor. Staff keeps being cut and this impacts the ability to service customers. Morale is poor.
