Pros

When I needed time to off due to family emergencies, they were very accomodating.

Cons

If you did not agree with upper managment and/or do what they wanted in regards to writing up an employee they thought was an under performer...then watch out, because they would write you up right along with your employee.

Pros

I can feed my family and pay the bills. Many good people at Nationwide and most have good intentions, even at the senior leadership level.

Cons

Senior leadership has more confidence than ability. They should stay in positions that they are good at and have real experience with. Benefits have gone down hill and the costs have increased.
