Pros

Good benefits and good rewards mean that those who chose to can stay for as long as they want.

Cons

Too many levels of managment, most of whom are afraid to challenge the norm. Not supportve of flex working.

Pros

Amazing company to work for. There is no micro management and no one looking over you shoulder to write you up if you 1 minute late coming into work. The work load is heavy, but if you work hard while your at work you can get it done in a 8-4:30 day sometimes sooner. Managers and employees are all very helpful. If you actually try and have a positive attitude there is plenty of room for job growth and promotions. I would highly recommend Nationwide as long as your ok with being busy. 18 days PTO to start!
