pay is okay...not much else to be honest

training is awful, there is hardly any support and it is very very stressful.

Lots of really lovely people Community spirit Scope to progress further Good bonus packages Excellent benefits

Cons

Hard to get on or move up if you aren't apt at sales. Although I'm told by former colleagues that it's moved back to more customer service focussed
