Pros

I liked working with the customers. It was nice to be a part of peoples lives when they bought new homes, got new cars. It was also nice to be able to help them when they had a problem. Nationwide does settle claimes very fast.

Cons

They are very sales pushy. want you to add everything you can to a policy even if someone does not need it. Did not want you to try to save long time coustomers money unless they were ready to leave.

Pros

It's better than being unemployed.

Cons

Lack of leadership integrity, upper management is top heavy, promotions are granted by who you know and not what you know, jobs are eliminated at the same time executives are receiving bonus checks, good talent is being "downsized" to make way for bank buddies to be hired...
