Pros

A company that recognizes and rewards people willing to go above and beyond. They are willing to promote from within and supply ongoing training to make it possible. Feedback is accepted and encouraged, as are new ides.

Cons

I have come across some managers who hand opportunities to friends of other managers. It's not done on a broad scale, but it does happen.

Pros

The local office is close and the drive-in even closer. I am familiar with most people working there and all are experienced as me

Cons

I am not experienced in BI and property claims and most appraisers are expected to be multi line covering both and the drive-in as well
