Pros

Name is well known, salary depends on the agent that you are working for. Benefits package is competitive although a little higher than expected.

Cons

Hard to move up, low employee morale, agents sometimes do not care about anything but the bottom dollar. Stressful environment.

Pros

Above average salary. They pay for you to become a licensed Agent in your state. Flexible hours, room for promotions.

Cons

Numbers driven, all about quality scores and average handle time. They focus too much on this. If you dont meet 80% quality, your fired.
