Pros

Pretty good benefits package includes generous time off. My particular position came with a company car, with no limits to personal use.

Cons

Unless you are in sales, you are an expense to a company that generally operates on declining margins year to year. With regards to perks, benefits, and ammenities, this has declined each year.

Pros

Company is laid back with a mid west attitude. Company is actively working on making the working enrivonment better for associates (they want their engagement score to increase).

Cons

Nothing happens too fast. People are territorial. If you are not at the corporate office there are not many development activities.

Pros

Difficult to judge as they were in the midst of the whole economic recession. Company car saved me a car payment

Cons

Culture of kiss asses. Midwestern philosophy permeated the entire brand. If it were a different time perhaps the stress associated with all would have been different.
