      Flexibility and pretty flowers. Loved helping the customers. Great environment inside the store.

      Cons

      Native Floral Upper management isn't attentive or knowledgeable. Seems like there is more information they could be sharing with the team to increase sales. Responsibility of working 7 days a week.

      Very friendly coworkers and managers Good work environment Generous with additional/temporary help during holidays

      Conflicting instructions from higher ups Everything feels very 'by the seat of your pants' Inconsistent rules, one week you absolutely have to do something and the next week it's a total non-issue
