Pros

This company and the people who work here are really passionate. Not just about the products and how we engage customers but other areas like sustainability, workplace flexibility, and career development. Rob Singer, the newly appointed CEO seems genuine in his intention on establishing a great culture and stable work environment. During my time with the company, I’ve received coaching and projects that have already elevated my career growth.

Cons

The integration of our sister companies and overall journey to one brand as Soundwide has taken longer than expected. This has caused some colleagues to bring negativity to the work environment. Not sure if these are just growing pains, I’m hopeful we can turn the corner soon.

This company has become a joke

Pros

I am not sure I can even think of one at this point. Maybe that the works council at least tries to protect us.

Cons

I don't know where to start. This company has become an absolute disaster since Francisco Partners got involved. It has been a constant rotating door of executives ever since. Including the last CEO and CPO resigning without even delivering the news to the company themselves like absolute cowards. After years of dangling salary benchmarking in front of us they finally did something, which was really truly nothing. They rolled out "Adjustments" which were really just what most people deserved in their annual review to make people not realize they cancelled the benchmarking process all together. The biggest joke now is the whole people organization who seems to lack a single competent individual amongst the bunch.
