We agree that we’ve hired great talent and are glad that you’ve also enjoyed the investment into our space and employee experience. Thank you for your note. We are glad that you were challenged in a positive way and enjoyed working with your co-workers at Native Instruments. The LA team has been going through a lot of ups and downs this year and we understand that your comments reflect that. However, Native Instruments is super focused on its strategy to offer users a closely integrated ecosystem of software, hardware and online products and services. In September, we announced the biggest product launch in the history of the company and are excited to continue to serve our customers with even better products. There is of course more that we could do to improve how we communicate and engage with our employees and our peers and partners in the industry and we are working on that.
